Sales Tax Revenue Summary report This report provides a summary of sales by tax agency and sales tax code. It also provides the total sales for each tax code, which can be helpful when you are preparing sales tax form. To access the report, go to Reports Vendors Payables Sales Tax Revenue Summary.
The Sales page gives you a great at-a-glance view of the status of sales transactions, open invoices, and paid invoices. You can also view, create, and edit sales transactions from within the page. To access this page, go to Sales then select All sales (Take me there).
Customize reports You can customize most reports in QuickBooks Desktop. Go to the Reports menu and select Reports Center. Find and open a report on the list. Select Customize Report. Sales rep report In your QBO account, go to the Reports menu and open the report you want to run. Click the Customize button. From the Filter option, select the custom field youve created. Click Run report.
