Click the Manage Organization Roles link in the navigation menu. Click the Create Role button on the top right corner of the Roles table, under the Roles tab. Name the new custom role and assign privileges. Click the Save button. The role will now appear in the Roles table.
The Workspace Manager role enables a Participant to create workspaces. Using the Manage Roles for Applicant page functionality, users with the Standard Authorized Organization Representative (Standard AOR) role have the ability to assign or revoke the Workspace Manager role from participants.

The Authorized Organization Representative (AOR) submits a grant application to Grants.gov on behalf of a company, organization, institution, or government.
Authorized Organizational Representative means the president, director, or chief executive officer or other designated official of the applicant organization who has the authority to commit the resources of the organization.
The Accounts with Matching Email Address table lists all the Grants.gov accounts that are associated with your email address. Select Keep in the Actions column for every account you want to keep as a separate profile. Please select Delete in the Actions column for all accounts that you no longer need.

Add an Organization Profile This step allows you to associate your user account with your organizations UEI (SAM). Users can also add an organization profile at any other time by signing into Grants.gov, clicking the My Account link in the upper right corner of the page, and selecting the Manage Profiles tab.
