The alternatives to radio buttons are checkboxes and drop down boxes. Use them over the alternatives when: One answer must be selected.
XAML RadioButton Code Example C# Corner.
(1) On the loaded event of the radio button, use a find visual children function (get one here) to locate the ellipse in the visual tree beneath the button. (2) Change the fill and/or the stroke of the ellipse found in step (1) to the desired color. (3) Thats it!
The RadioButton control allows you to give your user a list of possible options, with only one of them selected at the same time. Here is why: I think WPF will be dead in 2022 because its framework no longer supports new development, and Microsoft is pushing hard for a new cross-platform development framework, including the UNO platform and Xamarin. Electron is also more progressive compared to UWP.

Dropdown list. Similar to radio buttons, dropdown lists allow users to make a choice among a list of mutually exclusive options. However, dropdown lists can be used for wider purposes, like command menus, navigation menus, form filling and attribute selection.
