Note: You may access the site through your phones web browser for mobile users. You will be directed to the Home page and click My Account. Click on Security and enter your password. Enter your Authentication code from the Google Authenticator app then click Submit. Select disable 2FA. 2FA Disabled.
PDAX Account Verification Log in to your PDAX account. Click or tap on Verify my account. Fill in the Basic Information form. Proceed to the biometric check. Upload a valid ID. After uploading the required documents, you will be notified via email of the status of your verification request.
To initiate the request, please fill out our Contact Us form with your details, so one of our representatives can docHub out to you and assist you with your concern. Please note that we will retain some of your personal information for a minimum of five (5) years as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
How to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP You will be directed to the Home page and click My Account Click on Security and select Add 2FA. Enter your password. Scan the QR code using Google Authenticator. Enter the authentication code from Google Authenticator.
Go to the login page and click Forgot password. Enter the email address that you used to create your PDAX account and click reset password. You will receive an email with a 6-digit one-time password (OTP). Check your spam or junk folder if you cant find our email in your inbox.
To unlock your account: Return to the login screen and click or tap on Forgot password. Enter your registered PDAX email address on the forgot password screen. You will receive an email with a 6-digit one-time password, which will be required in setting up your new password.
No, you cannot create more than one personal PDAX account. Under our Terms and Conditions, multiple accounts that are found to be owned by a single user will be deactivated without prior notice.
Enter the email address that you used to create your PDAX account and click reset password. You will receive an email with a 6-digit one-time password (OTP). Check your spam or junk folder if you cant find our email in your inbox. Log in again to PDAX with your new password.
